Tenant move-in inspection checklist
Complete this checklist within seven days of moving in, then schedule a maintenance request to review the property with our team and agree on its condition.
Once signed, each party keeps a copy. If you choose to move in without completing this checklist, you agree to waive the right to contest any damage fees. The property manager uses the same checklist after move-out to determine whether any of the deposit is retained for cleaning or repair. Please complete the initial checklist together with your roommate.
