How to apply

Our application process

Every application moves through the same three phases. Here's what to expect at each step.

  1. Phase 1

    Resident portal & information gathering

    For applicants who have not yet applied. This is where you start — create your resident portal account and submit your application and supporting information.

  2. Phase 2

    Office screening

    After the information from Phase 1 is received, our office screens the application — credit, background, rental history, and income.

  3. Phase 3

    Secure your home

    The final phase: sign the lease, pay the deposit and any reservation or pet fees, set up utilities and renters insurance, and schedule your move-in.
