Installation request form
Get approval before installing internet, satellite, mounts, security systems, and similar. Failure to follow the requirements below results in additional charges at the tenant's expense.
Install requirements
- Tenants and vendors are not permitted on the roof.
- Existing wires should be used when possible. If holes are needed, written permission from the Landlord is required — no new holes may be drilled without it.
- Nothing may be mounted on the roof, eave, or walls.
- Wiring to the pole must be underground. No wires may cross the roof, driveway, or sidewalk.
- The installer must call Georgia 811 to have all wires located prior to installation. Approval from Georgia 811 is required for documentation.
- Third-party liability information is required.
